1. Unauthorized Account

When login in, there are some barriers you might encounter, to prevent unauthorized logins.

If the computer is already linked to a Limit Launcher account, then you must use the same account to log into it again. If you want to use a different account, then please log in with the initial account first. Once logged in, you can choose the “Change Account” option to log in with a different account in the future.

 

2. Maximum devices reached

If you have already reached the maximum amount of child devices supported by your subscription, you will also not be able to log in. Please remove another device from your account or upgrade your subscription to allow for more devices to be managed. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our support.

 

3. Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it, by clicking on “Forgot you Password?” on the login page.

 

4. No internet connection

Internet is required to log into Limit Launcher. Not having an internet connection will also prevent you from logging in successfully.
